Faro is still creeping along...

Ok, a one man team (if you can call one man a team) still needs his vacation time. It's that part of the year, and Faro has almost crawled to a stop for the last few weeks. Also, since I do have a full time job, a wife, three favorite hobbies, paragliding, kitesurfing and of course flightsimulators, things need to get prioritized and unfortunately scenery creation is not on the top of my list lately. Fortunately though, since I travel A LOT when working, there are many many hours of airport transfer time that is utilized for scenery creation.

I will be posting some more shots soon. In the meantime, enjoy the summer while it lasts!

  1. Hello Andreas, yes sure one man working in
such a complex and detailed scenery takes a lot of time by side of your normal work...completely normal! But I'm also excited to see more screenshots of the development of Faro!;-)
Keep up with the good job!

One question, do you have plans for the next scenery project after Faro?

    Thank you very much

    Best regards

  2. Faro will be complete this year. The next project has already been started and will be as big as Lisbon. I will announce the project this month if all goes according as planned. Thank you for your feedback :)

  3. Hello Andreas, I now it's useless to ask about more screenshots or even a realese date, I'm sure if you have some to share you already have done! But I try to ask about your next project after Faro, I'm very curious! I'm also excited to see the finished Faro!😆

    Good work!

    Thank you very much

  4. Hi Daniel, it's not useless to ask, and you are very welcome to do so! I am planning to announce the project soon, however I want to finish some of the custom scenery objects and fine tune the photoscenery before I start taking screenshots.

Faro is currently on hold and I am planning to release this together with the new project as these sceneries, including Lisbon will go together very nicely. Not to worry though, there is good progress and when everything is finished it will be worth the wait I am sure!

I am just as anxious as you all to show off my work, however I prefer to do this when the project is nearing completion as I know how frustrating the waiting game can be. So please be patient and good things will come soon enough! :)

Thank you for your kind comments and have a great day!
